Booking Process

To book a Subah-e-Banaras experience, please use our online booking system or contact us directly. All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and online banking.

Confirmation

You will receive a booking confirmation via email with details about your experience, including meeting time and location.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours before the event: Full refund
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund

Weather Policy

In case of severe weather conditions that may affect safety, events may be cancelled or rescheduled. Full refunds or rescheduling will be offered in such cases.

Group Bookings
