Introduction
Subah-e-Banaras (“we”, “our”, “us”) offers limited seating for our morning and evening cultural programs at Asi Ghat, Varanasi. This Booking Policy explains the rules and conditions for reserving seats through our website www.subahebanaras.net
Seat availability
Bookings are subject to the following conditions:
Only the first two rows are available for online booking.
A maximum of 2 seats per person may be booked.
Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Booking confirmation
Once payment is made successfully, your booking will follow these steps:
Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment through our secure payment gateway.
A confirmation email (or WhatsApp message, if applicable) will be sent with booking details.
Guests must show the booking confirmation at the venue for entry.
Event timings
To ensure a smooth experience, please note the following:
Morning program (Subah-e-banaras): 5:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Evening program (Ghat sandhya): 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Guests are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes before the program begins. Late arrivals may not be guaranteed their reserved seats.
Cancellations and refunds
All bookings are final and non-refundable.
In case an event is cancelled by us (for reasons such as weather conditions, government orders, or unforeseen circumstances), guests will receive a full refund or an option to transfer the booking to another available date.
We do not provide refunds for no-shows or late arrivals.
Transfer of booking
If you cannot attend, please keep the following in mind:
Bookings are not transferable to another person unless you notify us in advance by email or phone with the new guest’s details.
